3M Novec 71DE Engineered Fluid
(Novec 7100 + Trans-1,2-dichlorethylene, cas: 156-60-5)
Boiling Point: 41℃
Introduction:
3M Novec 71DE Engineered Fluid is a hydrofluoroether, in an azeotrope formulation containing 3M Novec 7100 and 1,2 trans-dichloroethylene (t-DCE, cas: 156-60-5).
It has been developed as a specialty solvent to degrease, dewax, clean, rinse and dry for many applications.
This mixture is a true azeotrope, with constant vapor and liquid composition at its boiling point.
This fluid is ideal for medium-duty cleaning and degreasing tasks,as well as specialty solvent applications,
and is intended to replace ozone-depleting materials in many applications.
It has zero ozone depletion potential and other favorable environmental properties.
This High-Tech fluid has no ODP, its thermal and chemical stability, its non flammability and its very low toxicity provide the best compromise for the safety in use and the environment.
